Answer 1: – If your flight is delayed by more than 12 hours from the time stated in the order, you should inform us about a new date or, if necessary, cancel the trip.
Answer 2: – If your flight is delayed by less than 12 hours from the time stated in the order, the trip will be canceled and 50% of the total price of the order will be charged.
Answer 3: – If your flight is delayed by less than 6 hours from the time stated in the order, the journey will be canceled and 80% of the total price of the order will be charged.

How high is the waiting time fee when I am going to the airport?
Answer: – The first 5 minutes are free of charge, then 5 euros for each started 5 minutes.

Are animals allowed during transport and what are the charges?

Orders that are canceled by less than 3 hours before the date of transport will be charged with 100% of the total price.
How can I pay?
Answer: – You can pay by cash, credit card or bank transfer to our account. Payment in cash and credit card is made directly at the chauffeur. The charge for processing credit cards is 1 euro.

Answer: – You can choose up to three types of vehicles:

Are the prices per vehicle or per person?
Answer: – The prices refer to the vehicles, the size of the vehicle depends on the number of passengers, suitcases and hand luggage.
